About LDA Accounting
LDA Accounting is a small practice which means you won't be passed from one accountant to another for your ongoing tax requirements.
I pride myself in providing professional, straightforward and honest advice, I aim to build long-term rewarding relationships with my clients who's businesses range from agricultural, retail, hair and beauty services, to medical, all based across the Warwick, Toowoomba, Highfields, Kleinton, Gowrie Junction and Meringandan areas.
As your registered tax agent, I am here to ensure that your tax decisions are made carefully and with your best interests in mind. I can achieve this by asking questions about your situation and finding out what your goals are, this then allows me to best tailor my services to you and your business. I am excited to serve as your accountant guiding you through the commencement of your new business, right through to the path of success.
My commitment to you extends way beyond an annual visit, understanding that accounting, tax management and bookkeeping may not be your favourite thing to do and for this reason I am available for you all year round. Principal
I am passionate about working with small businesses AND individuals nurturing long-lasting and rewarding relationships with all my clients, whether you are a small business, sole trader, or a wage earner. I know our relationship is working when I see you and your business grow.
I completed my Bachelor of Accounting Degree locally through the University of Southern Queensland with further studies through CPA and the IPA Australia. I am currently studying toward attaining CPA Status. I completed my university studies externally while raising both my daughters whom both attended St Saviour's in Toowoomba making this my family's 3rd generation to attend St Saviour's. My eldest daughter is a well respected teacher and valued for her hard work and dedication, my youngest daughter is in retail and studying toward her vet nursing certificate to further her passion for animal welfare.
I have over 10 years experience in tax accounting working for local firms, and from within my business, with 2 years of this in corporate accounting along. My earlier years consist of a background in office administration and bookkeeping, this allows me to have an understanding of your business from both sides.
